Steps To Replicate On the Personal Details Tab
I updated my Surname and Maiden Name
Issue Clicked on the Confirm button to update my personal details and then received this screen.
Result of test I clicked on the Home button and tried to add my details again, but the "We're sorry" Screen appeared again.
Assistance Required Please help me to update my details.
